Renowned for his exceptional planning and organizational skills, Russ combines meticulous preparation with the adaptability and calm leadership required in expedition travel. His wealth of field experience, deep understanding of remote operations, and unwavering commitment to safety ensure that every journey runs seamlessly, regardless of the challenges nature presents.
At heart, Russ is a curious explorer, a lifelong wanderer, and a passionate believer that there is always another horizon to discover. Marketa’s passion for the outdoors began at an early age and has shaped a career spanning more than three decades across tourism, hospitality, and expedition travel. Her journey has taken her across continents, living and working in some of the world’s most extraordinary environments—from rugged mountain ranges and remote deserts to the polar regions aboard expedition ships.
With extensive experience in operations, product development, and expedition logistics, Marketa has held leadership roles ranging from administration and product management to designing and personally leading immersive travel experiences. Together, Marketa and Russell design thoughtfully crafted journeys that combine decades of expedition expertise with a passion for authentic exploration. Their philosophy is simple: exceptional travel should inspire discovery, deepen our understanding of the world, and create memories that endure for a lifetime.
